Open casting call to be held April 7 in Rapid City.

PIERRE, S.D. -- Mark your calendars for the National Treasure: Book of Secrets open casting call.
The open casting call will be held on Saturday, April 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Rapid City Radisson. Those interested are asked to bring a 3-inch by 5-inch recent photograph of themselves and a pen. Applications are still being accepted online at SDTreasureCasting@gmail.com.
National Treasure: Book of Secrets is the sequel to the 2004 movie starring actor Nicolas Cage. Jerry Bruckheimer Films and Walt Disney Pictures have teamed up to send Benjamin Franklin Gates, a history hunter played by Cage on a hunt to uncover the truth behind the 1865 assassination of President Abraham Lincoln. Also starring in the film are Diane Kruger as Abigail Chase, Justin Bartha as Riley Poole and Jon Voight as Ben’s father, Patrick Gates.
Jerry Bruckheimer will produce the film while Jon Turteltaub will direct. The film is expected to be released in December 2007.
